Fast answer
Use your first Wishbox on a Tatari you already trust, not on a line you only think might become useful later.
Why Wishboxes matter so much
Wishboxes are one of the few moments where you can push your roster in a very specific direction. That means they are easy to waste if you use them while your account still has no real plan.
Best first targets
These are the cleanest first Wishbox targets for most accounts:
- Buddi if your board needs more stability
- Voltfawn if you need a stronger carry
- Dewgrub if your Water coverage is weak
- Punchimp if you want a reliable Rock damage core
- Taptail if your account is already stable and wants more boss damage
How to choose the right target
Pick the Wishbox target that fixes your next obvious problem:
- weak survivability: choose Buddi
- weak carry damage: choose Voltfawn or Taptail
- missing Water value: choose Dewgrub
- weak Rock lane pressure: choose Punchimp
That is usually smarter than choosing the rarest-looking option.
When to hold the box
Hold the Wishbox if:
- you have not decided on your core team yet
- you are about to hit another big summon spike
- your roster problem is still unclear
When to use it immediately
Use the box right away if:
- it completes the next evolution step on a top-priority line
- it upgrades the exact team you already use in campaign and modes
- you know that one more copy will change your next few sessions
The biggest mistake
Do not use a Wishbox just because you finally received one. These selective rewards are strongest when they solve a very specific roster problem.
Good and bad Wishbox habits
Good habits:
- match the box to your current team
- think in evolution breakpoints
- favor Tatari you already field often
Bad habits:
- picking a unit only because other players rank it highly
- choosing a line your account cannot support yet
- using the box before opening nearby Capsules that might change the decision
